### Description
The Experience Agent is responsible for creating guest satisfaction by providing efficient, effective, and extraordinary service at all times. The individual in this position must build positive relationships with guests and other associates, communicate effectively on all levels, and demonstrate technical and superior customer service skills. The Experience Agent should possess enthusiasm for the hospitality and gaming industries in addition to entry level knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
* Creating the ultimate in guest satisfaction by providing fast and courteous service.
* Giving personal attention to guests in order to exceed their expectations.
* Maintaining knowledge of the resort's and the casino's services, amenities, and attractions.
* Personally welcoming guests to Lady Luck Nemacolin Casino.
* Keeping updated information regarding hours of operation, menus, and special packages.
* Demonstrating knowledge of various local and historical attractions.
* Utilizing empowerment in order to resolve guest issues.
* Selling of Experience Memberships and Resort Gift Cards.
* Maintaining and updating all membership databases.
* Promoting resort services and amenities.
* Remaining current with all property management systems, particularly membership software.
* Communicating with other associates in order to ensure that Casino and Resort VIP's are recognized and rewarded according to given standards.
* Understanding Casino operations, Access Plan, and Comp Program.
* Fostering teamwork in an environment that motivates and sustains exceptional levels of performance.
* Demonstrating professionalism at all times.
* Candidate must have the ability to speak English fluently.
* Candidate must have the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Candidates must be able to operate with a sense of urgency in a high volume environment.
* Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board Non Gaming License required.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry is desirable.
* Associate's Degree preferred.
