**_Essential Job Functions_**
Assist area sales with due diligence documentation requests
* Assist Account Managers with day to day tasks as needed - i.e., collection packets, printing invoices
* Assist Contract Coordinators with notices
* Monthly scanning of invoices for utilities, researching AP coding and looking up meter numbers
* Pulling off invoices from shared drive to send to customer
* Filing of resumes
* Taking Meeting Minutes
* Creation of Meeting Agendas
* Entering Customer References in JDE
* Printing and sending out Property Tax Invoices
